MIVT (India) was founded by Mr. Rajesh Vaishnav, “a well known and highly respected authority in the Indian Interventional Cardiology Industry”. Over the past decade Mr. Vaishnav has been responsible for developing many of the leading bare-metal and drug-eluting stents currently being sold in India and other emerging markets around the world. Mr. Vaishnav leads his research team and develops an inimitable Company involved in developing a next-generation line of ultra thin, polymer-free passive and drug-eluting coating and hydroxyapatite (HAp) based polymer-free coating for cardiovascular Stents in coordination with British Colombia.

MIVT (India)’s Quality Management System is certified for ISO 9001:2008 & ISO 13485:2003. For all products MIVT (India) has manufacturing license issued by Drug Controller General India (DCGI). MIVT (India) has range of products in Bare Metal Stent (BMS) as well a s Drug Eluting Stent (DES). In BMS there are two range, one is of Stainless Steel 316-LVM and other is of Cobalt chromium L-605. MIVT (India) has also developed a Drug Eluting Stent with lowest polymer drug coating (3µm) compared to all available DES in the market. DES platform (Protea) has a unique uniform expansion technique, thereby reduce vessel injury. MIVT (India)’s stainless steel and thin-strut cobalt chromium stent platforms are CE Mark-certified. MIVIT (India) corporate headquarters are in India, with major operations world wide. Our products are distributed by a sales force recognized throughout the industry for its clinical expertise and customer service.
